J&S Brandi's was originally opened
in 1992 by John and Sue Brandi of Marblehead,
MA. Their goal was to create high quality
food that customers can bring home to enjoy.
They were one of the first to recognize that
families were more and more busy and did not
have the time to cook. Families did not want
to have take-out every day but delicious home
cooked meals. So out of that need, arose the
menu along with many changes along the way
for J&S Brandi's. John and Sue
combined great tasting food with exceptional
customer service.
Their vision continues on with our current
Executive Chef owner, Michael Dalesandro.
Michael is an Academy of Culinary Arts graduate with over 25 year cooking experience. He was Executive Chef for many years at large hotels in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area. During his time as Executive Chef he was responsible for creative menu enhancements as well a running large catered affairs such as weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, showers, holiday parties and corporate functions. Michael also received an award from the White House for recognition of cooking for President George W. Bush.
Michael understands that many people today are busy and do not have the time to cook. So please let him do the cooking the for you.
